L’SHAN GOODS is a family fun

All L’SHAN GOODS products are carefully designed, hand cut and hand stitched in our leather studio. Each product from step one to wrapping and shipping is done by the same pair of hands. 

We use high-quality vegetable tanned leather that sourced from Italy, Japan and America. The specific type of leather used can vary depending on the product, but we always strive to use the best possible materials. 

 The shipping time can vary depending on the product and your location. For ready to ship orders we typically process within 2-3 days. For made to orders, we ship within 2 weeks, depending on scale of order. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of products can’t be returned, such as made to orders and custom made products, as well as sale products and gift cards. 

In general, you should avoid exposing your leather product to excessive moisture, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures. You can also use leather conditioner to keep your product supple and protect it from drying out or cracking over time. Our leather product designed to age beautifully with a patina that last a life time.
